Scholarships for deserving students
Constantly looking for qualified people, Motor Power Company focuses on young people. And it already begins with the lower secondary school in Castelnovo Sotto, where the company is based. So for the second year Motor Power Company renews its commitment to support students: those who stand out for merit and discipline at the end of the school cycle will receive a scholarship.
With this initiative, the company wants to convey a clear message to the young people of its territory: commitment to study and respect for people are a springboard towards a satisfying working future.
The project was presented in December to the third grade students, who in January were able to meet some Motor Power Company employees online. Each of them talked about their career path that led them to fill their current role in the company. Furthermore, during the on line meeting, the operation of the electric motors produced by the company was explained in a simple way.
There are many questions from young people who, when confronted with an important productive reality in the area, could find ideas for choosing an address to continue their studies.
